Tyler Pyburn, Co-Founder, 5 Tool Productions

Before Tyler or “Dad” started the company with his buddy Phil, he was gracing TV stations in the northeast as a news reporter and sports anchor. Now when he’s not jumping in front of or behind the camera you’ll find him at home with his wife and his 4 boys. See, the dad thing makes sense now.

Phil DiMartino, Co-Founder, 5 Tool Productions

Phil got his start in sports radio before moving into the live streaming space back when most of the audience didn’t have a smartphone. After working in higher education, Phil and Tyler launched 5 Tool. When he’s not creating videos, Phil’s hanging out with his wife and daughter, or entertaining his two crazy cattle dogs.

Danielle Dickinson, Senior Vice President of Events, The Castle Group

Events are like a 1,000-piece puzzle — complex, layered, detailed, colorful — and each piece plays a significant role in the overall design. Nothing gives me more pride than putting all the pieces together and watching a successful event unfold.

Since joining Castle in 2005, I have planned a myriad of unique incentives, powerful meetings and stylish special events all over the world — from Peoria to Prague. I am a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) responsible for creating event-based strategies, managing teams, and executing innovative events for a vast range of clients. I keep up with the trends through continued education, relationships with industry professionals, and participation in trade associations including Meeting Professionals International, The Convention Industry Council and Professional Convention Management Association. I have an overall passion for planning and enjoy how the logistics of an event drive my mind while the creative aspect feeds my soul.

When I am not checking boxes off my to-do list (my favorite thing to do), I am co-chairing the event committee at The Food Project, a non-profit organization empowering youth leaders to create personal and social change through sustainable agriculture. At home, I love to cook and explore new restaurants, spend time with my family and get lost in a great book.

Paige Myers, Senior Event Manager, The Castle Group

Growing up, I knew I wanted to find a career where I could travel the world, utilize my organizational abilities, and work as a member of a tight-knit team. When I accepted Castle’s event internship the summer before my senior year at Bentley University, I knew I had found the perfect spot for myself and eventually joined the team full time. While I grew up playing soccer and captained my college team, Castle’s Events Team has seamlessly stepped into that role in my life. I’m fortunate to have an amazing team of professionals around me.

Ever since then, I have helped plan all kinds of events across the globe. From conferences to incentive programs and virtual meetings to holiday parties, I enjoy working on all aspects of events and continuously learn from Castle’s team of experts. As a Senior Event Manager at Castle, I manage client events and project teams along with Castle’s internal events committee and our Event Management Internship program. I enjoy watching projects progress from the conceptual planning phase all the way through on-site execution. Seeing a client’s visions come to life is the most fulfilling part of my job!

When I’m not planning events, I love spending time with friends and family. I’m always looking forward to my next chance to travel and keeping an eye out for creative cocktails and queso!
